They’re dealing with depression, bipolar, an eating disorder or maybe anxiety, schizophrenia or some other mental health condition. Maybe they’re a parent, a brother or sister, or spouse or friend of someone who self-injures or has ADHD or an addiction. You’re automatically at ease because there’s an unspoken understanding that both of you are dealing with something difficult; difficult to live with, difficult to talk about, difficult to share, difficult to understand – except if you’ve been there.

RealMentalHealth.com is the first social networking site focusing on mental health treatment and wellness. The online community includes individuals, their family members, loved ones and friends who want to easily and interactively obtain knowledge about symptoms and treatments in a supportive community environment.
